About the Role: This Diesel Mechanic position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, valid driver's license, and 5+ years of experience repairing/maintaining equipment and tools. Key Responsibilities: • Maintain and repair complex equipment and tools using advanced mechanical aptitude and knowledge of tools • Conduct routine maintenance tasks, including inspection, diagnosis, and repair of equipment • Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management regarding equipment status, repairs, and maintenance • Participate in training and development programs to enhance technical skills and knowledge Requirements: • High School Diploma or Equivalent • Valid Driver's License • 5+ Years of Experience • Advanced Mechanical Aptitude • Knowledge of Tools and Equipment • Excellent Communication Skills

Mechanic I

Summary Objective The purpose of the Mechanic I is to maintain equipment in a safe operating condition. The performing duties of the Mechanic I will be to perform scheduled maintenance along with emergency repairs as needed. Essential Job Functions · Preventative maintenance of forklifts and production equipment · Operate forklift · Operate battery changing machine Requirements · Complete & pass company multi pallet forklift certification test · Advanced mechanical, hydraulic and plumbing skills · Moderate troubleshooting competency · Basic welding skills · Basic electrical skills · Good communication skills Other Job Functions · Understand and follow all company rules and regulations, including but not limited to: o Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) o D’Arrigo Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) o Sanitation Standard Operating Procedures (SSOP) o Driscoll Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) o Attendance, Work and Safety Rules o Food Safety and Hygiene Policy · Professionally represent the company to outside personnel. · Follow verbal and written instructions from supervision · Miscellaneous duties and tasks as assigned by Supervision.
