Summary: • Oversees various aspects of workflow, staffing, budget allocation, and scheduling of the assigned project. Education and Experience: • Bachelors degree in related engineering discipline required. • At least eight years of experience in project management, engineering, systems design, or other related field, with at least three years of management experience leading multidisciplinary design teams required. What We Are Looking For • A High School diploma or equivalent experience is required. Typically, an associate's degree or vocational-technical training is helpful. Niche skill training/certification is also preferred. • 2-3 years of experience in troubleshooting electro-mechanical equipment. • Proven experience in responsibility and successful demonstration of position and key responsibilities as presented above. • Ability to lift and move material up to 50 pounds each. • Regular bending, lifting, stretching, and reaching both below the waist and above the head. • Occasionally, pushing and pulling wheeled dollies loaded with products up to 100 pounds. • Ability to climb ladders and gangways safely and without limitation. • Job conditions may involve tight spaces, dust, odors, varying temperatures, noise, vibration, standing, and wet surfaces. • Must be able to stand/walk for up to 10–12 hours. • Flexibility in covering multiple shifts and holiday hours as the need arises.
