ABOUT THE ROLE We are seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to join our team in our Logansport, Indiana location. Major responsibilities: • Ensure all processes are set-up and operating as required by the requirements set forth by Company Policies, Customer Requirements, and Regulatory Requirements • Assist in all new process set-ups and changes • Identify and execute solutions for improvements in productivity, costs, quality and safety. • Look for ways to constantly improve productivity, quality and safety. • Ensure that existing product lines are maintained at specified levels. • Strive for Continuous Quality Improvement which includes: • Reviewing defect reports. • Facilitating the resolution of process discrepancies that produce defects or process indicators in customer products. • Identifying design and manufacturing issues causing product defects. • Assure that all ECO's are implemented.
