Maintenance Mechanic

Job Title: Lead Maintenance Technician Job Description As a Lead Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for troubleshooting issues and repairing failures of production and facilities equipment. Your role is crucial in ensuring maximum equipment efficiency, effectiveness, and reliability. You will work on machinery and mechanical equipment, including engines, motors, pneumatic tools, conveyor systems, gearboxes, hydraulic systems, and production machines. Responsibilities • Troubleshoot and repair production and facilities equipment. • Maintain machinery and mechanical equipment such as engines, motors, pneumatic tools, conveyor systems, gearboxes, and hydraulic systems. • Repair and maintain control panels, PLCs, lift systems, conveyor shafts, motors, and bearings. • Diagnose mechanical problems and determine solutions using blueprints, repair manuals, or parts catalogs. • Maintain and troubleshoot all conveyor systems, electrical and mechanical components. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $72280.00 - $83200.00/yr. They will act as an onsite technical resource that works closely with the Project Manager to ensure all technical aspects of project delivery have been accurately identified and implemented throughout the project lifecycle. Furthermore, this position ensures flawless integration of project deliverables into onsite CBRE operations and maintenance teams.
