Job Details Job Details: We are seeking a dynamic, highly skilled, and passionate Manufacturing Mechanical Engineer to join our team. This is a permanent position in our Manufacturing Department, where you will work on a variety of exciting projects. The successful candidate will have a strong background in poka yoke design, fixture and gauge design, production equipment, systems integration, mechanical engineering, GD&T, and 3D Modeling. Responsibilities: 1. Develop, evaluate, and improve manufacturing systems through the application of engineering principles. 2. Design and implement poka yoke (error-proofing) techniques to enhance product quality and safety. 3. Create and manage fixture and gauge designs to ensure efficient and accurate production. 4. Oversee the maintenance and improvement of production equipment to ensure optimal performance. 5. Lead systems integration efforts, coordinating with other engineering departments and stakeholders to ensure seamless operation. 6. Apply mechanical engineering knowledge to troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues. 7. Use GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing) principles to ensure accurate and precise design and manufacturing. 8. Create and modify 3D models for new and existing products, using advanced CAD software. 9. Lead and participate in continuous improvement projects to enhance efficiency and productivity. 10. Ensure all projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet high quality standards. 11. Comply with all safety regulations and maintain a clean and safe work environment. Qualifications: 1. Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field. 2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the Jobot is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
