Description Key Responsibilities: On the Manufacturing Floor (70%) Operate and test CNC lathe programs on DMG Mori machines. Make live adjustments to CNC programs to optimize performance and quality. Collaborate with machinists and production staff to troubleshoot and resolve issues. Conduct first article inspections and validate part conformance to specifications. Support new product introduction and line validation activities. Office-Based Tasks (30%) Document machining processes, setup sheets, and program changes. Service Engineer

Description Position Description: As a CNC Service Engineer, you will play a key role in supporting customers by installing, troubleshooting, and repairing CNC machine tools and controls. This position requires a strong mechanical and electrical background, along with the ability to work independently and professionally in customer-facing environments. You will gain experience working with CNC Swiss Lathes, CNC Lathes, and Machining Centers, as well as Servo and Spindle Drive Systems, CNC Systems, PLCs, pneumatic/hydraulic systems, and machine tool geometries.
