Learn more at www.htsu.com Key Responsibilities • Coordinate all phases of construction projects in collaboration with project managers. • Maintain and communicate project schedules, milestones, and status updates. • Serve as the point of contact for clients, vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams. • Assist in the preparation and submission of RFIs, submittals, meeting minutes, and change orders. • Monitor project progress, budgets, and quality metrics to ensure compliance. • Track and review project costs and assist with financial documentation. • Maintain organized records and project documentation using Dropbox and internal systems. • Identify and resolve project barriers in collaboration with management. • Help prepare reports and updates for project stakeholders. Qualifications • 3-5 years of project coordination or project management experience (general contractor experience preferred). • Knowledge of cost estimation, budgeting, and financial controls for construction projects. • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Dropbox. • Strong understanding of construction processes, contracts, and project documentation. • Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills. • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting. • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documentation. • Strong attention to detail and proactive problem-solving abilities. • Valid driver's license required. Mechanical/Electrical Technician

Job Description: ITW Hartness is looking for a Mechanical/Electrical Technician with strong ability to assemble, read blue prints, use mechanical and electrical skills, and use basic hand tools in a production environment. You will need to work safely in a fast pace team environment and meet the production schedule while producing quality work.
