Project Engineer

Job Title: Project Engineer Job Description The Project Engineer will be responsible for managing, coordinating, and executing engineering projects within a poultry/food processing environment. This role requires strong technical knowledge, proficiency in design software, and excellent communication skills to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with company objectives. Responsibilities • Plan, develop, and manage engineering projects from concept through completion. • Create, modify, and review detailed engineering drawings and designs using AutoCAD and SolidWorks. • Provide engineering support for process improvements, equipment installations, and facility upgrades. • Coordinate with cross-functional teams including operations, maintenance, safety, and quality to ensure project success. • Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies. • Prepare and present project updates, technical reports, and recommendations to management. • Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources effectively. • Support troubleshooting and problem-solving of equipment or process issues. Essential Skills • Bachelor of Science in Engineering (any discipline). • Proficient in AutoCAD. • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Additional Skills & Qualifications • Experience with SolidWorks. • Self-motivated with the ability to manage projects independently. Pay And Benefits The pay range for this position is $120000.00 - $140000.00/yr.
