Responsibilities • Perform basic maintenance duties. • Perform preventive maintenance on equipment on a scheduled basis. • Complete work orders as assigned. • Respond to maintenance calls. • Assist with groundskeeping such as moving boulders, maintaining parking areas, and clearing brush. • Assist the track maintenance team in the process of maintaining the track and barn area, as necessary. • Performs other duties as may be assigned by department and/or company management. • Follow all cleaning, sanitation and PPE position specific guidelines. Requirements • Must be at least 21 years of age. • Six months experience in a related field. • Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, mechanical, or finishing trades. • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs. • Basic computer and cell phone knowledge. • Must have the ability to interact with guests, staff and colleagues and resolve problems and conflicts in a diplomatic and tactful manner. Language Skills Must have good written and oral communication and organizational skills. Ability to read and interpret documents in English, such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals. Ability to read and communicate verbally in English. Written communication skills in in English may also be required. Reasoning Ability Ability to apply commonsense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations. Certificates, Licenses, Registrations Employee must be able to qualify for licenses and permits required by federal, state and local regulations. Wireline Field Operator- Plugging and Abandonment

Position Summary: Penn Mechanical Group, Inc is currently seeking an experienced Wireline Field Operator for well plugging and abandonment operations for conventional wells in West Virginia, Pennsylvania, and Ohio. This position is typically Monday through Friday with daylight operations. Responsibilities: • Responsible for driving wireline truck to location. • Assist with all aspects of operating including rigging equipment, assembling tool strings, rebuilding tools, run collar locators, pipe recovery, cut pipe, set bridge plugs, and cement bond logs. • Must Load and assemble perforating guns. • Assist in training of trainee operators. • Record all inventory daily. • Utilize knowledge and previous experience to perform mechanical operation of equipment. • Responsible for cleanliness of equipment. • Follow directions from others on site. • Safely and efficiently use equipment and tools necessary to the job. • Maintain safe work habits and demands from customers. • Drive to and from work sites safely and efficiently • Complete JSA’s before each job. • Wear industry and company required PPE (Personal Protective Equipment). Skills and Abilities Required: • Must be willing to work outdoors and occasionally in adverse weather conditions. • Ability to drive a company vehicle. • Must be willing to work weekends if necessary. • Must be willing to work overtime. • Must be willing to wear required Personal Protective Equipment. • Must be willing to participate in safety training and meetings. • Must be willing to work as part of a team. • Possess ability to lift objects up to 50 lbs. • Possess ability to carry objects up to 50 lbs. • Possess ability to stand for extended periods of time.
