RESPONSIBILITIES • Lead cross-functional teams to drive process improvement through: • Identification of automation project and process opportunities • Research of concepts • Vetting of vendors and strategies • Leading projects through the completion of commissioning • Ensuring a successful transition through development, documentation, and communication of procedures, maintenance requirements, and troubleshooting techniques • Coordinate with internal resources and external vendors to develop custom machine designs and incorporate them into existing process and controls scenarios. • Develop key deliverable criteria, budgets, and timelines based on project requirements. • Ensure buy-in from key stakeholders during the development and implementation process. • Develop, perform, and document site acceptance testing of externally sourced equipment. • Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform complex systems tests. • Manage prioritization of activities to meet multiple project timeline requirements. • Collaborate with controls engineers to integrate AI/ML models into PLCs, SCADA systems, and automation workflows. BASE SALARY RANGE: $100,000-$130,000 annually The salary range provided serves as a general guideline for potential compensation for this position.
