Facilities Maintenance Engineer - LME

Job Summary: Under general supervision of the Maintenance Manager, Chief Engineer, or their designee, and provides continuous mechanical and electrical support service and repairs necessary to effectively maintain the safe operation of Kaiser Permanente facilities. Resolve and document all trouble calls relating to mechanical and electrical equipment.Essential Responsibilities: • Responds to and resolves emergency maintenance calls. • Performs preventative and corrective maintenance on plant equipment, physical structure and associated equipment, including mechanical, electrical repairs and other duties relating to facility maintenance. • Performs watch standing activities on physical plant equipment, including chemical analysis and treatment. • Checks and replenishes supplies of fuel, materials, maintenance supplies, and repair parts. • Performs fire and life safety inspections, and maintains appropriate records. • Properly identifies and documents work which needs to be performed on equipment. • Maintains appropriate documentation of work performed. • Evaluates building equipment and systems; recommends changes, additions or deletions. • Assists with new building or expansion start-ups when needed. • Assists with snow and ice removal when needed. • Performs building maintenance, repairs as required. • Performs building inspections and equipment safety testing as required. • Performs all related tasks as assigned by the Maintenance Manager or the Chief Engineer, or their designee. • Demonstrates excellent customer service skills and clear communication both verbal and written.

Mechanical/Parts Assembly/Part Clean Technician-Semiconductor - Full-time

JOB TITLE: Mechanica/Parts Assembly Technician Job Summary A Parts Clean/Assembly Technician is primarily responsible for processing and cleaning and inspecting parts and assemblies from high tech semiconductor manufacturing equipment.  Parts Clean Technicians will inspect incoming parts to be cleaned, and per specification will disassemble, clean/refurbish, reassemble, perform final cleaning, and prepare parts in a critically controlled cleanroom environment. At all times the technician will strive to maintain the highest safety and quality standards, while focusing on the needs of our customers and our company values. Essential Job Functions • Strictly adhere to all corporate EH&S, QMS, HR, and site protocols and procedures. • Read and understand written work instructions and procedures assuring that each step of the prescribed procedure is annotated as complete when finished. • Use safety equipment, including hearing protection, safety glasses or face shields, chemical resistant aprons and gloves as required. • Handle potentially hazardous materials, following appropriate manufacturing and safety procedures. • Clean parts using a combination of cleaning techniques, including but not limited to mechanical cleaning and chemical cleaning equipment. • Use and help to maintain processing equipment, including media blasters, solvent benches, ultrasonic tanks, ovens, etc. • Work in a cleanroom environment, wearing appropriate cleanroom garments and following stringent micro-contamination protocols. • Assembly of Mechanical components • Receive, inspect, process, package, and transport parts and components per guidelines. • Practice inventory management to ensure proper stocking levels are maintained. • Ensure the work area, equipment and tools are clean and properly maintained. Field Service Engineer I

About the Role: Are you seeking an opportunity to work with Semiconductor manufacturing equipment? As a Field Service Engineer 1, you will provide customer support for onsite installations, repairs and maintenance of photolithography semiconductor equipment primarily in Hillsboro Oregon. This is an exciting opportunity to be on the cutting edge of technology and join a dedicated team enabling new technology to improve processes in a pre-production environment. You will receive 1-2 weeks of training in Austin, Texas or Japan and 4 weeks OJT in Hillsboro, Oregon. This position requires full-time presence at your assigned office(s)/worksite(s)/territory. NOTE: Position will work a compressed work week on either day or night shifts. Requires flexibility to change work schedule as required. Your Impact: - Check and maintain equipment within factory standard specifications of system equipment - Instruct customers in the operation and maintenance of the system equipment - Perform repair maintenance or unit replacement according to factory procedures independently and with others - Provide technical support to customers and respond to questions regarding operation procedures, equipment malfunctions, and other technical issues to minimize equipment down time and ensure positive customer relations - Identify and report equipment error and status updates related to equipment performance issues to aid in troubleshooting or maintenance - Maintain accurate documentation of activity and provide periodic reports - Work with other technicians in the field to troubleshoot and service equipment - Domestic and international travel may be required (must have up-to-date travel documents) About You: The Skills & Expertise You Bring: Please note: this is a customer-facing role, and requires compliance with customer policies and protocols, which may include COVID-19 vaccination and other measures relating to COVID-19 • Knowledge of Linux operating system is helpful for operating and troubleshooting the system • Minimum 0 - 2 years of related (electromechanical) work experience (i.e. field service engineer or technician position in a semiconductor equipment company or a technical position in the engineering field).
