Mechanical Superintendent

Position responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following: • Collaborate with Project Managers, other relevant management, and clients to ensure projects are executed within scope, on time, and within budget. • Coordinate between Engineering, Client, and Field Execution to quickly resolve issues and achieve multi-project execution flawlessly. • Develop and manage work breakdown structure (WBS) of projects. • Establish roles and responsibilities across project personnel, assign duties, delegate tasks, and empower key players. • Propose potential adjustments within operations as necessary to best meet project deadlines and budgets • Track project performance, specifically to analyze the completion and success of short-term and long-term goals. • Assist in defining project scope and objectives, including relevant internal stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility • Establish, execute and maintain an effective project communication plan. • Prepare project status to reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing progress, challenges to overcome, and opportunities for successful completion. • Actively practice leadership skills with a goal to further grow and develop as an effective, successful leader. • Promote our safety culture by actively practicing and ensuring proper safety procedures. • Knowledge of local, state and federal construction regulations • Perform additional field and/or office duties, not described above, to meet the needs of our clients and best support the company.

Mechanical Integrity/ Reliability Engineer

Career opportunity to play a crucial role in ensuring the safety, reliability, and regulatory compliance of mechanical systems and equipment within the plant. You will be responsible for implementing and managing mechanical integrity programs to prevent equipment failures, optimize maintenance strategies, and mitigate risks associated with mechanical assets. Qualifications: --BS Engineering degree with 5+ years' experience as Fixed Equipment / Mechanical Integrity Engineer working in a PSM regulated chemical plant. --Solid technical knowledge of predictive and preventive maintenance, mechanical integrity, and asset care. --Extensive experience with NDT, Six Sigma, PCMS programs. --Ability to work now and in the future without sponsorship. Responsibilities: -- Develop and maintain comprehensive inspection plans and schedules in accordance with industry codes, standards, and regulatory requirements (e.g., API 510, API 570, API 653, ASME B31.3). -- Conduct NDT inspection to include penetrant testing (PT), visual testing (VT), positive metal identification (PMI), and ultrasonic thickness (UT) measurements on related structures, components, and welds to ensure their integrity. -- Maintain inspection and test reports (electronic and hard copy formats, as applicable) for mechanical integrity of process piping, vessels, and tanks. -- Conduct regular inspections and assessments of mechanical equipment, including pressure vessels, piping systems, storage tanks, heat exchangers, pumps, and valves, to identify potential defects, corrosion, and degradation.

FACL006 Maintenance Engineer II

Position Summary Performs varied tasks involving repairs on all power plant equipment and auxiliary equipment such as boilers, chillers, pump motors, and compressors. Repairs and maintains assigned machinery using various hand and power tools. Performs shut-downs, lubricates and properly prepares equipment for periods of operation during off-season. Also prepares equipment for start-up when required. Qualifications/Experience Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent with some classes in trade school regarding electrical, carpentry, and mechanical maintenance. Experience: Desirable characteristics include two years of college, a proficiency in written and verbal communications, possess ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with the public. Must be able to follow directions and to perform work according to department standards when no directions are given. Must be emotionally mature and able to function effectively under stress. All work is done within the time required. Tasks assigned are completed satisfactorily within the department policies and procedures. Performs procedures during an emergency situation promptly and accurately. Properly operates various hand and power tools. Is able to read, comprehend, and utilize new systems. Records are kept accurately with minimal errors. Knows federal regulations that affect the Maintenance Department. Knows extensively, JCAHO and SARH standards that affect the Maintenance Department. Reviews all new procedures or methods that would aid in the running of the Maintenance Department. Has extensive knowledge of the department and hospital policies and procedures that govern the Maintenance Department. Performs additional tasks as assigned.
