Position Overview: The Mechanical Trades Technician will support industrial and commercial projects by performing installation, repair, and maintenance on various mechanical systems. Ideal candidates will be comfortable working in mechanical rooms, manufacturing facilities, and plant environments. Specifically, this responsibility will include a variety of projects related to leading the planning, design, and commissioning of: • Building HVAC system(s) • Building plumbing system(s) • Building fire protection system(s) • Whole building energy modeling • Building sustainability requirements reporting In addition, this role will include coordination with other support disciplines, and coordination with regional offices.
