Field Service Technician – Electro-Mechanical / Printer Support

Position Summary We are seeking a Field Service Technician with strong electro-mechanical and printer hardware support experience to support client locations throughout the North Little Rock region. This is an onsite, field-based role requiring both local daily travel and periodic regional travel that includes overnight stays. The technician will install, diagnose, repair, and maintain a variety of printers and related hardware while delivering excellent customer service in a professional, client-facing environment. This position requires a reliable personal vehicle, a valid Real ID–compliant driver's license, a clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR), and the ability to travel frequently. When traveling regionally, candidates may fly to client sites Sunday evening and return home by Friday each week. Fridays will generally include a remote meeting with the team lead. Key Responsibilities • Provide onsite electro-mechanical troubleshooting, repair, maintenance, and installation of printers and related hardware at client locations. • Perform diagnostics on printer components, replace defective parts, and ensure proper device functionality. • Maintain accurate service documentation, including work orders, parts usage, and customer interactions. • Travel locally to client sites (home daily) and regionally for overnight trips (Sunday–Thursday when required). • Collaborate with team leads and support teams using Clearvision/Fieldvision tools. • Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring issues are resolved efficiently and professionally. • Manage assigned workload independently while meeting performance expectations and deadlines. • Participate in weekly remote meeting with the team lead (typically on Fridays after travel weeks). Required Qualifications • 2–3+ years of electro-mechanical repair and/or printer hardware support experience. • Strong troubleshooting skills with mechanical and electronic components. • Ability to travel frequently, including overnight regional travel. • Valid state Real ID–compliant driver's license and clean MVR. • Reliable personal vehicle for daily field assignments. • Ability to work Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm, with overtime as required. • Strong communication, customer service, and time-management skills. Preferred Qualifications • Lexmark Printer Certification (highly preferred but not required). • Experience supporting enterprise clients or working in field service environments. • Familiarity with Clearvision/Fieldvision systems. Additional Details • Travel: Mileage will vary depending on client sites; must be comfortable driving regularly. • Shifts: No on-call; no shift differentials. • Start Date: Interviews and candidate review will begin ASAP. • Work Environment: 100% onsite at client locations—this is not a remote role. • Previous Hiring Challenges: Lack of candidates with strong printer hardware experience. Mechanical Engineer - Buildings

As part of the Buildings Group for Garver, this Mechanical Engineer will be responsible for developing mechanical designs in support of various Buildings Design Business Line projects. Specifically, this responsibility will include a variety of projects related to leading the planning, design, and commissioning of: • Building HVAC system(s) • Building plumbing system(s) • Building fire protection system(s) • Whole building energy modeling • Building sustainability requirements reporting In addition, this role will include coordination with other support disciplines, and coordination with regional offices. Abilities and attributes needed for this position: • Knowledge of mechanical engineering and sustainability principles • Mentor and train technical staff. • Interfacing with clients on project design, delivery, and construction. • Managing project budget and schedule compliance. • Overseeing the mechanical design of building projects throughout the project lifecycle from the conceptual phase, design phase, and construction phase. • Utilizing BIM design software to produce construction drawings • Utilize Microsoft Excel based calculation tools for design calculations • Manage multiple assignments concurrently • Be responsible for time management and product quality • Follow Quality Assurance and Quality Control Plans • Be responsible for continuing education and learning based on project needs, as well as overall needs of the team. Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or architectural engineering with a mechanical focus from an ABET accredited university or college. • Passed the Fundamentals of Engineering exam • 5-10 years of building design and construction industry experience • Must have a knowledge base of mechanical engineering principals related to building mechanical designs • Proven experience overseeing mechanical designs, including detailed plans and specifications for building projects • Technically competent in building mechanical systems including HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems • Must have strong communication skills • Experience with Autodesk Revit • Must be proficient with MS Office Suite Preferred Skills • Licensed Professional Engineer • Experience with AIA MasterSpec • Knowledge of Federal Agencies design criteria Grow With Us Garver offers its employees programs such as company-paid professional memberships, company support for industry licenses and continuing education opportunities that foster a progressive atmosphere.
