Shift & Pay Details • 1st shift: 6 AM – 2 PM • 2nd shift: 2 PM – 10 PM • 3rd shift: 10 PM – 5 AM • $17 – $25 per hour (depending on experience) Qualifications • 1+ years of experience • Able to handle mechanical tooling, including drills, taps, pullers, bearing heaters, and presses • Experience operating a 25-ton overhead crane, forklift truck, hand truck, and hand tools • The ability to lift 50 pounds • Steel-toe boots Key Responsibilities • Perform setup, disassembly, inspection, repair, and reassembly of paper machine rolls across various sizes. • Ensure adherence to quality standards during repair procedures, prioritizing efficiency and safety. • Demonstrate proficiency in repair practices, with a comprehensive understanding of mechanical assemblies and diverse roll types. • Apply knowledge of equipment usage within paper machine manufacturing operations and associated machinery. • Execute tasks involving the lifting and movement of heavy loads using overhead cranes. • Apply expertise in setups and protocols pertinent to large equipment maintenance.
