Maintenance Technician – Jr. Mechanic Location: Dodge City, KS Type: Full-Time | Temp-to-Perm Potential $21/HR. Requirements: • High school diploma or GED required. • Valid driver’s license. • Must live within 30 minutes of Dodge City. • Ability to perform heavy manual labor in all weather conditions and confined spaces. • Experience maintaining and troubleshooting motors (10 HP or higher), pumps, and valves. • Knowledge of confined space safety practices and mechanical equipment. • Strong troubleshooting skills with mechanical and electrical equipment. • Ability to read and understand work orders, P&IDs, schematics, and manuals. • Proficient with hand and power tools; capable of lifting up to 50 lbs. • Willingness to work in and around raw sewage with proper protective equipment. • Ability to participate in a rotating on-call schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
