Mechanical Team Member - Corinth, MS

Hours: Sunday- Friday 7-3:30 Responsibilities: • Perform railcar inspections to identify defects. • Perform railcar repairs per AAR standards. • Track and document repairs as required. • Ensure that vehicles and shops kept clean & safe. • Ensure that the employees are working in a safe manner. • Performs other duties as assigned by management. Job Requirements: • Railcar Mechanical experience preferred. • Welding and oxygen/acetylene torching experience a plus. • General knowledge of hydraulic and power tools. • Must have good communication and people skills with demonstrated ability to develop team work and work with all levels of personnel in achieving our goals. Physical Requirements: • Able to perform physical strenuous work. • Able to frequently bend, stoop, kneel, and crouch. • Able to lift and carry objects weighing up to 80 lbs. • Able to walk, climb, and maintain balance on equipment, stairs, ladders, uneven terrain, rails and ballast in a safe manner. • Able to navigate into confined spaces if necessary. Environmental Conditions: Performs duties in outside environments, in and around moving locomotives, railcars, vehicles, and equipment. Frequent exposure to weather elements. Product Engineer

Job Title: Product Engineer Job Description The Product Engineer will serve as the vital link between product engineering and the customer, ensuring that customer product requests are met to specifications. This role requires direct collaboration with the engineering team to align product output with customer needs. The Product Specialist must communicate clearly and professionally and occasionally present in front of customers. Proficiency in 3D CAD software, preferably SolidWorks, is necessary for designing and setting up Bill of Materials (BOMs) and Excel sheets. Responsibilities • Support chassis configuration and maintain accurate documentation and bills of materials (BOM) for seamless integration with OEM chassis. • Collaborate with engineering, sales, and manufacturing teams to optimize product configurator accuracy, support technical updates, and manage best practices in configurator management. • Maintain comprehensive documentation for OEM chassis integration with products. • Perform weight distributions for products across various chassis OEMs. • Develop and validate CAD (SolidWorks) chassis integration models. • Support BOM development and validation to ensure accuracy in configurator support. • Update and validate product knowledge for technical configurator support and marketing purposes. • Maintain and develop new product BOMs for integration within Epicor ERP configurator. • Verify and validate BOM accuracy post-engineering changes. • Work closely with Sustaining Engineering, New Product Development, and Manufacturing Engineering teams to ensure configurator data accuracy. • Modify instructional documents to reflect best practices in configurator management and BOM processes. • Provide clear technical support and updates to sales teams, distributors, and customers. • Create presentation materials for internal and external communication using Microsoft Office Suite and data analysis tools. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $65000.00 - $90000.00/yr. 750 person/$1,500 family per calendar year. Generally, you must pay all the costs from providers up to the deductible amount before this plan begins to pay. If you have other family members on the plan, each family member must meet their own individual deductible until the total amount of deductible expenses paid by all family members meets the overall family deductible. Are there services covered before you meet your deductible? Yes. Well-child care, preventive care, innetwork prosthetic limbs and services subject to copayments are covered before you meet your deductible. This plan covers some items and services even if you haven’t yet met the deductible amount. But a copayment or coinsurance may apply. For example, this plan covers certain preventive services without cost sharing and before you meet your deductible. Yes. $100 person/$200 family per calendar year for drug card, which does not apply to Tier 1 Rx. Drug card deductible does not apply to immunizations. There are no other specific deductibles. You must pay all of the costs for these services up to the specific deductible amount before this plan begins to pay for these services. What is the out-of-pocket limit for this plan? $2,500 person/$5,000 family per calendar year. The In-Network health and drug card out-of-pocket maximum amounts accumulate together. The out-of-pocket limit is the most you could pay in a year for covered services. If you have other family members in this plan, they have to meet their own out-ofpocket limits until the overall family out-of-pocket limit has been met. What is not included in the out-of-pocket limit? Premiums, balance-billed charges, and health care this plan doesn’t cover.
