Excel and Word • With fertilizer plants and custom equipment, helpful • In structural and concrete design • Familiar and ability implement designs to ASME BPVC and AWS D1.1 Codes • With power transmission design, including bearing and speed reducer selection General Description of Work: • This job will encompass all areas of Mechanical and Structural Design Services and Cost Estimates. Working on piping systems , route definition , support definition and layout finalization for skid piping /plant piping and nozzle loading .Perform / review stress analysis of piping & supports, where required. • Design/ sizing of lube oil tank and selection of Lube oil system components like pumps, motors, filters, accumulators, rundown tanks, coolers and pressure control valves. • Design of skid packaging with due consideration to ergonomics, accessibility, and maintenance including acoustic enclosures / walkways & ladders. • Responsible for the design of various external BOP skids that include Oil mist eliminators, Fuel gas valve skids & scrubbers, Liquid fuel, Atomizing & Purge air skids, Seal gas treatment skids, Oil clarifiers etc. in collaboration with external OEM vendors. The responsibility will include first piece qualification and exploring local supplier base where required. • Follow the project closure till shipment with focus on Zero punch list and provide solutions & drive closure of any non-conformities during machine packaging. Extend support to FSE/ FPE during installation & commissioning of the machine at site. • Support sourcing for technical alignment of vendors, participating in various design reviews , achieving positive cost productivity.
