What You Bring • Proven experience in industrial maintenance, with a strong emphasis on precision work and mechanical aptitude. • Detailed documentation and record-keeping • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics for accurate assembly, disassembly, and preventive maintenance. • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality, reliable work. • Self-motivation and a proactive approach, holding yourself to the highest standards. • Physical ability to perform tasks involving standing, walking, lifting (up to 75 lbs), climbing, reaching, pushing, and pulling in challenging environments (exposure to dust, noise, heat, solvents, and lubricants). • Willingness to learn and apply new technologies in predictive maintenance and diagnostics.
