Technicians will be assigned to specific areas of the plant, including the Cold Mill, Hot Mill, Cast House, Element 13, or Roll Shop. This is a hands-on role in a heavy industrial environment, ideal for mechanically inclined professionals with experience in industrial maintenance. Key Responsibilities: • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on large-scale industrial equipment. • Install and maintain machinery such as rolling mills, conveyors, CNC machines, casting equipment, and furnaces. • Troubleshoot mechanical issues down to the component level and develop on-site repair plans. • Work with tight tolerances and high-precision equipment. • Maintain and repair hydraulic and pneumatic systems. • Support continuous improvement and reliability initiatives across the plant.
