We provide a comprehensive range of ground aviation services, encompassing ticketing, ground handling, cabin cleaning, and cargo handling. ERMC also provides operations and maintenance for terminals and support facilities in some of the world's busiest airport locations. ERMC is seeking an experienced Field Service Technician. The candidate will perform maintenance-related work assignments to ensure all facilities & equipment are properly maintained in a safe and reliable working order. Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. • Able to adjust readily to change and adapt as needed. Able to lift and move up to 50 lbs • Able to lift and move up to 75 lbs. Able to effectively use relevant material handling equipment. • Must have experience repairing and maintaining complex high volume conveyor equipment. • Must have training or equivalent for basic AC & DC electricity. • Experience repairing and maintaining basic mechanical devices required. • Willing to travel. • Mechanical and electrical experience Standard Qualifications • Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship. Completing • Must possess a Government ID and social security card. • Must be able to obtain and keep an airport security badge. • Must have or be able to attain reliable transportation. • Able to work in extreme conditions, such as hot and cold weather, as well as small spaces • Able to receive appropriate security clearances after completing a criminal background check. • Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays. • Must be able to work extended hours depending on operational needs. • Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English. Maintenance Technician (Experience Required in Manufacturing)

Overview Full Time Maintenance technician needed for 150 year old ,family owned, packaging business. Must be familiar with mechanical repairs. Electrical, hydraulics, and pneumatic skills would be preferred. Must have reliable transportation. Responsibilities • Disassembles machines to repair or replace broken or worn parts. • Maintain all doors and exits. • maintain loading dock plates for safe operation. • Maintain all lighting in factory, warehouse and office. • Follow maintenance schedule for prevention maintenance of all equipment. • Maintain all furnaces and fans for safe operation. • Inspect bags being produced for accuracy, quality and cleanliness. • Inspect for trucks weekly, operation and safety. • Inspect battery chargers weekly as for operating correctly. • Air compressors are inspected daily with preventive maintenance checklist. • Inspect grounds daily for security issues. • Purchase Items as needed. • Maintain MSDS logs. • Maintain hazcom logs. Experience • Proven experience in maintenance roles within manufacturing or similar environments is preferred. • Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to operate tools such as an ohmmeter for electrical testing. • Previous supervising experience is a plus, demonstrating leadership capabilities in a team setting. • Excellent communication skills in English are required for effective collaboration with team members and management. Mechanical Engineer - MEP

We welcome the opportunity for a skilled Mechanical Engineer with expertise in HVAC and plumbing system design and facilities conditions assessments to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical engineering principles, focusing on designing and assessing HVAC and plumbing systems in various types of facilities. The candidate should have experience conducting comprehensive facilities conditions assessments on various buildings for government and military facilities. Responsibilities: • Design, analyze, and optimize HVAC systems for government, commercial, and industrial buildings, ensuring energy efficiency and compliance with relevant codes and standards. • Develop detailed plans, specifications, and drawings for HVAC and plumbing systems, including ductwork, piping layouts, equipment selection, and sizing calculations. • Conduct site visits to assess existing HVAC and plumbing systems, identify deficiencies, and propose cost-effective solutions for upgrades or replacements. • Perform comprehensive facilities condition assessments on government and/or military facilities, focusing on HVAC and plumbing systems. • Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to integrate mechanical systems into building designs and renovations. • Utilize computer-aided design (CAD) software and simulation tools to model and simulate HVAC and plumbing systems. • Prepare written reports and presentations summarizing findings, recommendations, and project updates for internal and external stakeholders. • Provide high-level cost estimates, utilizing industry-standard cost estimation databases. • Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes related to HVAC and plumbing. • Ability to travel up to 30% of the time. Qualifications: • Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering • Minimum of 7 years in the consulting professional services industry, in the Mechanical Engineering Discipline • Licensure as a professional engineer. • Specific technical experience with the preparation of HVAC and plumbing construction drawings, specifications, submittals review and construction administration. • Experience performing facilities condition assessments for HVAC and plumbing systems. • Strong understanding of building codes, standards, and regulations related to mechanical systems (e.g., ASHRAE, International Mechanical Code). • Familiarity with Microsoft® Office, AutoCAD, and REVIT software. • Ability to collaborate on multiple projects concurrently. • Ability to assume task leadership responsibilities by guiding CAD/Revit technicians and other Engineers/Designers. • Strong written and oral communication skills. • Familiarity with energy analysis software such as ComCheck and FLACOM EnergyGauge, and load calculation software, such as Trane Trace 700 or equivalent software. • A candidate having the ability to obtain a Top-Secret clearance is preferred but not required. The salary range for this position is $100,000 – $145,000 per year. This position may also be eligible for annual discretionary bonuses.
