Mechanical Lab Technician

Job Title: Dispenser Lab Technician (Mechanical) Location: Roswell GA 30076 Duration: 06 Months Note: · Training period – approximately 8 weeks - will be working with others to learn the job. · Travel is rare, less than 2%, and it would be a few trips to the warehouse, less than 5 miles · Pallet jacks can be used when lifting if needed · Max voltage is 6V · 20-40 hours per week - no weekends · 2-3 years’ experience in addition to a HS Diploma · Basic electrical and mechanical skills required. Required Skills · Basic mechanical/DIY skills and usage of tools · Basic electrical skills in working with batteries and electrical circuits · Ability to use computer to log data, track improvements in our systems, and run testing rigs · Ability to lift heavy objects up to 35 pounds. · Any travel associated with any lab technician roles will be reimbursed through expense reporting. · This includes travel to warehouses, local to Roswell studies and retail etc. Primary Deliverables: Deliverable #1: Dispenser testing Activities include: • Support the lab coordinator for testing prototype dispensers and commercial dispenser changes, standard and non-standard testing • Help build structures to facilitate dispenser testing, mount dispensers • Participating in test method development • Communicate results to the engineering team and discuss refinements • Ability to troubleshoot issues as they occur, support engineering team with solution development Deliverable #2: Dispenser complaint resolution Activities include: • Support dispenser complaint resolution by analyzing returned dispensers in the lab and developing solutions with the engineering team • Support sales team in resolving issues at customer accounts • Identify opportunities for mechanical or electrical improvements to dispensers • Participate in video guides that help the sales team and customers with fixes • Travel may be required to customer accounts (2x per year) Deliverable #3: General role needs Activities include • Maintain lab safety standards • Maintain lab equipment and tools • Keep the lab clean and ready for possible customer tours • Understanding of entire dispenser range and lab test protocols • Work with warehouse team to ship products to outside labs and customers Pay: $25.00 - $29.00 per hour Work Location: In person

Job Summary The Product Quality Assurance Specialist plays a key role in driving quality excellence throughout the product lifecycle — from design and development to production and post-launch support. This role supports the execution of quality strategies that ensure product reliability, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement in manufacturing processes. Requirements * Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering (or related discipline). • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in quality assurance or quality engineering within a manufacturing environment. • Working knowledge of ISO 9001 standards and quality system implementation. • ASQ Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) certification preferred. • Experience with CAD platforms (SolidWorks proficiency a plus). • Skilled in developing and executing test protocols and designing test fixtures. • Strong understanding of core quality tools (FMEA, control plans, root cause analysis, CAPA, SPC). • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams. • Domestic and occasional international travel may be required.
