Responsibilities • Assemble small drones using hand tools. • Conduct quality checks on parts and sub-assemblies. • Follow detailed checklists and procedures to ensure quality control. • Maintain mechanical aptitude throughout assembly tasks. Essential Skills • Experience in medical assembly and medical devices. • Proficiency with hand tools and quality control processes. • Knowledge of UAVs, drones, RC systems, and military standards. • Understanding of electrical and avionics systems. • Competency in using calipers and micrometers. • Familiarity with ISO 9001, AS 9100, and TS16949 standards. • Computer skills including Microsoft Office. • Ability to work with small parts, assemblies, and tight tolerances. Additional Skills & Qualifications • Quality certifications such as TS16949, ISO 9001, and AS 9100. • Experience with ERP systems. • Experience in hydraulic and pneumatic assembly • Experience in medical device assembly and RC hobbies.
