Mechanical Technician

Job Title: Mechanical Technician Job Description Join a dynamic team working in a clean environment where you will assemble small drones, each three feet or smaller, for military and defense applications. You will be on your feet throughout the day, utilizing small hand tools to make and assemble parts and sub-assemblies. Quality checks on parts to ensure they are correctly made is a crucial part of the role. Following checklists and procedures with strong attention to detail is essential. Responsibilities • Assemble small drones using hand tools. • Conduct quality checks on parts and sub-assemblies. • Follow detailed checklists and procedures to ensure quality control. • Maintain mechanical aptitude throughout assembly tasks. Essential Skills • Experience in medical assembly and medical devices. • Proficiency with hand tools and quality control processes. • Knowledge of UAVs, drones, RC systems, and military standards. • Understanding of electrical and avionics systems. • Competency in using calipers and micrometers. • Familiarity with ISO 9001, AS 9100, and TS16949 standards. • Computer skills including Microsoft Office. • Ability to work with small parts, assemblies, and tight tolerances. Additional Skills & Qualifications • Quality certifications such as TS16949, ISO 9001, and AS 9100. • Experience with ERP systems. • Experience in hydraulic and pneumatic assembly • Experience in medical device assembly and RC hobbies. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Atlanta, Georgia. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $34.00/hr. Traffic Engineer I/II

What You’ll Do Depending on experience and level, you'll take on a variety of exciting responsibilities to help plan, design, and maintain a safer and more efficient transportation system.
