Supervisor - Mechanic / Technicians

Our Shop Supervisors Deserve the Best BenefitsShop Supervisors Enjoy: • Competitive Pay • $1,153 - $1,346 Per Week (Based on Experience) • $60,000 - $70,000 Annually (Based on Experience) • Great Team Atmosphere • Paid Holidays • Paid Vacation • Industry-Leading Benefits Package • Medical (BCBS) • Vision • Dental • Telemedicine (Teledoc) • Prescription Saving Program • Life Insurance • 401K Shop Supervisor Responsibilities: • Work with Dealer to schedule repairs. • Facilitate and schedule inhouse repairs and PMs • Responsible for day-to-day shop operations • Daily answering of breakdown calls and resolve breakdown issues. • Issue PO#’s and issue TCH payment of Road Call Breakdown, Tows and Hotels. • Create purchase orders as well as maintaining other internal data using maintenance computer software. • Secure service for road repairs. • Respond to after-hours service calls as required. • Coordinate trucks to shops for repairs as needed. • Other duties as necessary. Requirements and Qualifications • 2-4 years in a similar Supervisor role is preferred. • Strong organizational and time management skills are required. • Detail oriented, with ability to multi-task, in a fast-paced work environment. • Training or experience in computer applications. The successful candidate will perform repetitive departmental assembly operations or live assembly operations to mass produce products such as automobile interior trim components and assemblies.
