Mechanical Technician

Job Title: Mechanical Technician Job Description The Mechanical Technician will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and ensuring the efficient operation of snowplows and trailers. Additionally, the role involves customization of customer vehicles, trailers, and equipment, including the installation of flatbeds, utility bodies, fire bodies, and switch-and-go bodies. Responsibilities • Conduct regular inspections and diagnostics on snowplows and trailers to identify and address mechanical issues. • Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as oil/fluid changes, brake adjustments, and hydraulic system checks. • Repair and replace damaged or faulty components to ensure optimal functionality of plows and trailers. • Troubleshoot electrical and hydraulic systems to ensure proper operation. Job Title: Senior Mechanical Project Manager Location: Bozeman, Montana Experience Required: 8–10+ years in mechanical project management Compensation: Up to $160,000 base salary (DOE) Employment Type: Full-Time Position Summary We are looking for a Senior Mechanical Project Manager to lead complex commercial and industrial mechanical projects from preconstruction through closeout. This role requires strong leadership, deep industry knowledge, and the ability to manage all aspects of mechanical scopes including HVAC, plumbing, and piping.
