This may include RSC Repair Orders. • Follow all RSC service protocols including offloading, customer-hand offs, positioning of all units in the proper location based on status. • Ensure Service Manager is informed of the status of each job. • Engage and follow all shop safety protocols. • Attend all daily pre-meetings. • Complete training requirements for each brand as directed by ownership. • Engage to complete jobs in a safe, timely and effective manner. • Create coaching and development plans with each technician and execute for completion. • Exhibit our Safety culture by adhering to and supporting all Safety initiatives, policies, and procedures. • Effective communication with Service Manager ensuring effective updates and status. • Ensure shop area is kept clean and safe. • Duties as assigned.
