Responsibilities: • Within the direction of Ownership, and coordination with the Sales and the Service Managers, complete diagnosis, repair of scheduled projects as defined by OEM Standards and RSC technical practices. • Provides leadership of the technician team including creating a positive and performance focused culture. Develop a strong esprit-de-core and engaging work environment. • Execute repairs, services and priorities in partnership with the RSC Service Manager. • Leverage Light Speed to assist in scheduling based on the Calendar system and direction of Service Manager. • Ensure that all parts and accessories utilized on each Repair Order are accurately documented and provided to the Service Manager supporting close-out of the repair order. • Ensure you are completing 6.5 hours each day in chargeable customer repairs and repair orders. This may include RSC Repair Orders. • Follow all RSC service protocols including offloading, customer-hand offs, positioning of all units in the proper location based on status. • Ensure Service Manager is informed of the status of each job. • Engage and follow all shop safety protocols. • Attend all daily pre-meetings. • Complete training requirements for each brand as directed by ownership. • Engage to complete jobs in a safe, timely and effective manner. • Create coaching and development plans with each technician and execute for completion. • Exhibit our Safety culture by adhering to and supporting all Safety initiatives, policies, and procedures. • Effective communication with Service Manager ensuring effective updates and status. • Ensure shop area is kept clean and safe. • Duties as assigned.
