Electro-Mechanical Engineer

Position Details • Title: Senior Electro-mechanical Engineer • Location: Butte, MT (Onsite) • Type: Full-Time, Direct Hire • Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8-hour shift (No weekends) Role OverviewThe Senior Electro-mechanical Engineer will lead challenging, fast-paced, and evolving projects involving the design and development of complete products and individual components. The role requires expertise in electromechanical design, systems integration, and the interaction between mechanical and electrical systems. Key Responsibilities • Lead assigned projects from inception to completion. • Develop requirements, resolve product/process issues, and support new product development. • Initiate technical investigations, prepare design specifications, analyses, and recommendations for management approval. • Contribute to mechanical design across prototype, pre-commercial, and commercial products. • Ensure designs are optimized for manufacturing and meet quality standards for industrial applications. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams as a leader and contributor. • Prepare technical documentation, including system layouts, specifications, and calibration instructions. • Utilize CAD/CAE tools for design and analysis (SolidWorks proficiency required).
