Maintenance Mechanic

Description Maintenance Technician Purpose & Scope: The maintenance technician position is responsible for performing highly diversified duties to install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain production and facility equipment according to safety, predictive and productive maintenance systems and processes to support the achievement of the facility’s business goals and objectives. Including, installation, repairs, adjustments and maintenance of all equipment and machinery with in the facility.. Perform highly diversified duties to install and maintain production machines and the facility’s equipment. 2. Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs of production equipment during production and performs scheduled maintenance repairs of production equipment during machine service. 3. Perform simple machinist duties and responsibilities. 4. Perform mechanic skills including, but not limited to, mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, troubleshooting and repair of production machines. 5. Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service. 6. Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test and make adjustments. 7. Perform regular preventive maintenance on machines, equipment and plant facilities. 8. Perform a variety of plumbing maintenance and carpentry functions. 9. Use a variety of hand and power tools, electric meters and material handling equipment in performing duties. 10. Detect faulty operations, defective material and report those and any unusual situations to proper supervision. 11. Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas. 12. Perform tasks as assigned by the Maintenance Manager or Supervisor. 13. Must be willing to work any shift EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE High school diploma or general education degree (GED); Prior experience in maintenance systems or equivalent degree from a technical school or equivalent combination of education and experience. LANGUAGE SKILLS • Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. • Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization. MATHEMATICAL SKILLS • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs. REASONING ABILITY • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Fabrication Engineer/Supplier Welding Engineer

This job required 40% travel- Role Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Fabrication Engineer with strong experience in heavy steel metal fabrication, welding processes, and engineering product development. The ideal candidate will have hands-on exposure to forging, casting, machining, sheet metal fabrication, and standard hardware assemblies. This role involves overseeing fabrication operations, ensuring quality standards, optimizing manufacturing processes, and supporting new product development.
