Position: Mechanical Technician Location: Beloit, WI, 53511 Total Duration:6+Months Pay rate: $21/hr on w2Responsibilities:* Using basic hand tools, perform on-site repairs, maintenance, and general service tasks and conduct product demonstrations of basic mechanical equipment. When necessary, provide maintenance support and training to in-house maintenance staff. * Provide technical guidance and expertise where applicable. * Performs other duties as assigned Must be able to work on your feet for extend periods of time Company tools to be provided, however candidates should have protective (Boots required) footwear (steel toe recommended but not required), and gloves. Safety goggles and earplugs to be provided on-site. Mask always worn and social distancing guidelines in place. Eligible for benefits upon conversion to direct.Requirements: * High School degree plus Associate degree in technology field, e.g., mechanical, electrical, electronics, etc., or equivalent experience. * Broad knowledge of mechanical hand tools and principles. * Understanding in the use of PC applications, including Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc. * Ability to present technical concepts to non-technical individuals. * Ability to understand technical diagrams and manuals. * Strong written and oral communication skillsSkills/Experience: * Ability to manage multiple projects with minimum direction. * Adaptive to change and tight deadlines. * Must be able to work independently with little supervision. * Good customer service and organizational skills are necessary. * Ability to reason, communicate, make cognitive decisions, understand deadlines and timelines, and provide accurate results. * Flexibility to work extended hours during work week and have open availability to work weekends and holidays on an as-needed basis. * Must have the ability to lift 60 lbs. or less, carrying and lifting tools and parts weighing up to 20 lbs. * Must be able to bend, squat, walk, stand and/or sit for prolonged periods of time and must be able to carry 50 lbs.

Electrical Mechanical Service Technician Test-2nd Beloit

Pay Rate: $34-40.00 / hour + $2.00 shift differential + overtime Power Solutions International (PSI) is a leader in large gen-set packaging and enclosures. Position Summary: Under the direction of the Test and Genset Manager, the EMST-Test verifies proper installation and operation of power generation equipment and controls, meeting or exceeding company quality and production standards, and meeting customer delivery requirements. Essential Responsibilities: • Test diesel and/or gas fueled engine (s), generator sets, electrical control and monitoring systems, and ancillary equipment • Review engineering drawings as well as customer specifications to ensure accuracy • Develop test procedures in accordance with department standards and customer requirements • Maintain test equipment and tools • Act as technical resource for product field support of customers and service personnel assisting in addressing and resolving problems • Verify product quality based on work instructions and quality check list and follow standard process for reporting defective materials or questionable conditions • As needed, lift and/or carry up to 40 pounds of materials to assist in production. Learn and execute team lifts for items over 40 pounds. Adhere to all safety procedures including the use of personal protective equipment, navigating the plant with alert behavior, operating power tools and machines according to instructions, and disposing of waste properly • All other duties as assigned by management Schedule: M-F every other Saturday from 4 PM-2:30 AM Will be training in our Darien. WI facility for 4 weeks on 1st shift M-F every other Saturday from 5 AM-3:30 PM Requirements: • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience including the ability to apply math (fractions, ratios, measurements) and to read, comprehend, and convert instruction manuals/diagrams into work • Demonstrated success or certification in one or more of the following electrical applications • Proven experience and/or demonstrated aptitude to effectively use one or more of the following tools supporting Preferred: • Electrical competence with Analog Electronics, DC Electronics, Circuit Analysis, Circuit Design, or Micro-Controllers • Standard computer knowledge utilizing MS Office, Word, and Excel • Basic familiarity with Epicor or other ERP (SAP, JD Edwards) to access and enter information PSI offers a wide range of benefits from medical, dental, and vision to pet insurance as well as discounted prescription plans. Production Engineer

Position Summary Our Company is looking for a Production Engineer to join our team. This engineer will reduce cost through product non-conformance reviews, drawing updates, and engineering change implementation. This will be accomplished through timely review of daily non-conformances and interacting with production team members and engineers about process improvements for manufactured product. This role will also serve as the technical advisor to operations and the procurement team, performing as a subject matter expert on parts and drawings. Principle Duties and Responsibilities • Review and disposition Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) daily. • Creating and review nuclear inspections sheets (CCVs). • Support production as needed, including troubleshooting issues on the floor. • Prepare and update engineering drawings and bills of materials. • Collaborate with Manufacturing Engineering to resolve issues and prevent reoccurrence. • Support purchasing through product and supplier review. • Review material substitutions to ensure the product function. • Create standard work with operator interaction to document company best practice. • Any other duties deemed necessary. Qualifications, Skills and Educational Requirements • Education/Experience- BS in engineering or Diesel Engineer degree; 2-4 years’ experience preferred. • Up to 10% annually. • Requires CAD - SolidWorks preferred. • Preferred - Knowledge of combustion engine components or other related mechanical systems.
