Job Requirements: • A bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related technical field, or equivalent demonstrated ability per previous experience. • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with ability to work in a Lean organization. • Hands on management style. • Strong analytical skills using tools such as statistics, Microsoft Excel, Pareto analysis, etc. to identify opportunity areas. • Must be able to communicate with others in a manner that considers multiple viewpoints, shows respect, builds trust, and fosters ongoing positive working relationships especially when there is disagreement. • Ability to work with minimal direct supervision, in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
