Mechanical VDC Technician Compensation & Benefits Total compensation for the Mechanical VDC Technician is between $80,000 and $100,000. • Health insurance benefits • Growth potential • 401K • Vacation time Mechanical VDC Technician Duties & Responsibilities • Construction coordination experience - for coordination, fabrication and installation of systems. • Responsible for performing all aspects of VDC drawing process start to finish • Utilize 3D modeling software including Autodesk Fabrication and Revit • Responsible for generating construction documents from 3D Models • Responsible for developing flow diagrams • Will participate in QA/QC process Mechanical VDC Designer Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree related to drafting or design is preferred, can be replaced by adequate filed experience • Demonstrated knowledge of HVAC and/or plumbing systems and designs or MEP Experience • Experience producing mechanical drawings for engineering review and permitting preferred. • Demonstrated experience in the construction coordination process of drawings for: coordination, fabrication and installation of systems • Knowledge of BIM/CAD process and procedures • Proficient in 3D modeling software (Autodesk Fabrication and Revit) • Proficient in AutoCAD software (QuickPen, Sysque or specialized fabrication software) • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite programs (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. Please forward your resume to Victoria@DeltaConstructionPartners.com for immediate consideration, or call (727) 513–8816 for more information.
