FULL-TIME HVAC/R SERVICE TECHNICIAN Maine’s leading HVAC/R Service Company has immediate openings for Full-Time HVAC/R Service Technician at the following locations: • Portland, Maine • Bangor, Maine • Rockland, Maine Successful candidate will have a minimum of three (3) years of experience servicing, repairing and installing commercial heating, ventilation & air conditioning; refrigeration systems; and heat pump systems. Will possess a Maine State Gas license with appliance service and installation endorsement preferred, large equipment endorsement would be a plus. CFC certification is required. Journeyman Oil 1 & 2 under 15 GPH license not required but valued. Over 15 GPH a plus. Knowledge of electrical controls required. Must have excellent communication and customer relations skills. Candidate must possess a valid driver’s license and successfully pass a pre-placement medical evaluation, and a criminal background check.
