The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of HVAC Systems and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. This role involves installing, maintaining, and repairing HVAC Systems in various settings, ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulations. Duties • Install, maintain, and repair air-source heat pump systems • Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance to ensure system efficiency and longevity • Diagnose issues with mechanical and electrical components, refrigerant levels, and airflow • Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals • Maintain accurate records of work performed, including service reports and parts used • Educate customers on proper system operation, maintenance, and energy efficiency • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal HVAC codes and regulations • Maintain a clean and safe work environment, following all safety protocols • Participate in on-call rotation for emergency service calls (as applicable) Experience • High school diploma or GED; technical HVAC training or apprenticeship required • EPA Section 608 Certification (Type II or Universal required) • 3+ years of HVAC experience with a strong focus on heat pump systems • Proficient in diagnosing and servicing variable-speed compressors, inverters, and smart thermostats • Experience with ductless mini-splits and multi-zone systems is a plus • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record • Strong customer service and communication skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team Join us in delivering exceptional electrical services while ensuring safety and efficiency in every project!
