Job Scope: • Evaluate, troubleshoot, and repair commercial trade HVAC systems, equipment, and components • Perform preventative maintenance of commercial HVAC specific systems, equipment, and components • Accurately document all job-specific troubleshooting, repairs, and maintenance on Service work orders and submit them to the Service Dispatcher in a timely manner • Participate in Emergency On-Call Service rotation for installations and repairs • Communicating effectively with customers and service team to build strong relationships internally and externally Education: A High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED), Vocational School Training is helpful but not required Experience: Four to ten years of related experience SKILLS & ABILITIES: Computer Skills: Field to Base computer training will be provided. This role is responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of a wide range of commercial heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems. Systems include but are not limited to ice machines, walk-in and reach-in coolers/freezers, rooftop units (RTUs), split systems, air handlers, exhaust fans, make-up air units, and HVAC/R control systems.
