HVAC Service Technician 10/25

HVAC Service Technician Our Technicians diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC/R equipment, improving comfort, and energy efficiency, and solving problems. They present options and pricing to customers, complete approved repairs/improvements, and all required record keeping and paperwork. Essential Duties • Troubleshoot and repair HVAC/R equipment, building comfort, energy efficiency, and related problems. • Clearly communicates to customers, providing advice and guidance • Complete repairs, improvements, or installation within industry standards. • Ensure complete customer satisfaction upon completion of work. • Maintain a clean and properly stocked truck at all times. • Participate in all company, service, and training meetings. Job Requirements 5 or more years of experience as an HVAC/R installation, maintenance or service technician preferred • Lift and carry up to 100 pounds. • Climb ladders and on rooftops. • Valid driver’s license in good standing with an acceptable driving record. • Able to quickly troubleshoot and provide repairs as the lead techician • Able to comprehend and use controls and wiring schematics. • Able to comprehend blueprints and other construction documentation. • Braze and solder. • Possess the required standard tool list and keep tools in good repair. • Ability to legibly produce all required paperwork and record-keeping on a timely basis. • Ability to speak and understand English. • Obtain and maintain a refrigeration license in good standing. • Neat, clean, courteous, and professional behavior and appearance at all times. • Attend training seminars as assigned during business hours and on evenings and weekends. HVAC Lead Installer 10/25

HVAC Lead Installer Installers are capable of performing (and learning) the full range of installation work that KNA does, including the installation of boilers (hot water heat), split cooling and heat pump systems, furnaces, and ductless systems, and the various distribution and control systems that go with each of these methods of heating and cooling. Our Installers know how to manage a job site, and how to manage relationships with clients, contractors, and other subcontractors. • (Preferred)7+ years of experience as an HVAC/R installer • Ability to braze and solder. • Ability to follow controls and wiring schematics and to install. • Ability to read and comprehend blueprints and other construction documentation. • Ability to lift and carry up to 100 pounds. • Ability to climb ladders and work on rooftops. • Ability to perform minor field fabrication, including sheet metal. • Valid driver's license in good standing with acceptable driving record. • Possess the required standard tool list and keep tools in good repair. • Ability to speak and understand English.
