HVAC/R Tech

To Apply for this Job Click Here We are seeking a skilled HVAC/R Technician to perform maintenance, repairs, and installations of commercial heating, cooling, ventilation, and refrigeration systems. These systems include, but are not limited to, ice machines, walk-in and reach-in coolers/freezers, rooftop units (RTUs), split systems, air handlers, exhaust fans, make-up air fans, and HVAC/R controls. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of electrical systems as they relate to commercial HVAC/R equipment and controls, with the ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and blueprints. HVAC/R Technician Responsibilities: • Perform installation, troubleshooting, and repairs on a variety of HVAC/R systems. • Conduct regular maintenance and ensure optimal functioning of heating, cooling, ventilation, and refrigeration equipment. • Maintain accurate records of work performed and ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory standards. • Communicate effectively with peers, management, and customers to ensure job completion and customer satisfaction. • Participate in on-call rotations to handle emergency service calls. HVAC/R Requirements: • 3-10 years of hands-on experience in HVAC/R maintenance, repair, and installation. • EPA Universal Certification • MA Refrigeration License (preferred) • NH Gas Fitters License (required) • Valid Driver’s License • OSHA 10 Certification • Familiarity with HVAC/R controls and smart devices.
