Job Description Job Description Commercial Electrician Location: Based in Weatherford, TX | Projects Across North Texas Company: Impower Connection Impower Connection, a division of Imperial Construction, provides turn key electrical services to all types of industry clients including commercial electrical, EV charging systems, and generators. Ideal candidates will have a minimum of three years of verifiable commercial electrical experience and possess a current Texas Journeyman License. Must be skilled in reading blueprints, applying NEC code, and completing clean, code-compliant installations in commercial and industrial environments. Candidates should be dependable, detail-oriented, and capable of working both independently and as part of a team. Experience with generators, EV charger installation, and JOC workflows is preferred. Responsibilities include conduit bending, wire pulling, terminations, troubleshooting, panel builds, and interpreting schematics and one-line diagrams. Candidates should demonstrate professionalism with customers, vendors, and coworkers and be committed to maintaining safe, clean job sites. The ability to meet timelines, train junior team members, and communicate clearly with foremen and colleagues is essential. Requirements: Minimum of 3 years of verifiable commercial electrical experience as a licensed Journeyman Current Texas Journeyman Electrician License Proficient in NEC-compliant installations, conduit bending, wiring, and terminations Skilled in using industry-standard hand tools, meters, and test equipment Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics Capable of managing time, materials, and tasks with minimal supervision Strong communication and problem-solving skills Reliable attendance and a professional work ethic Must be 18 years of age or older Preferred Qualifications: Generator installation experience EVITP Certification for EV charger installs Familiarity with Job Order Contract (JOC) work OSHA 10/30 Certification Compensation is commensurate with experience.
