Electrical Foreman

Job Description Electrical Foreman Gpac is a national executive search firm specializing in recruitment for the electrical construction industry. We have been retained by a local electrical contractor in the area to find an Electrical Foreman to join their team. Compensation & Benefits: • Competitive hourly rate based on experience • Bonus potential • Health insurance package • 401K • Paid vacation • Company vehicle or vehicle allowance Duties & Responsibilities: • Lead and supervise crews on commercial, industrial, and institutional electrical projects • Plan, coordinate, and oversee daily job site operations to ensure efficiency and productivity • Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and electrical schematics to ensure proper installation • Maintain strict adherence to safety regulations and company policies • Order materials and coordinate deliveries to keep projects on schedule • Communicate with project managers, inspectors, and clients to ensure smooth project execution • Train, mentor, and evaluate electricians and apprentices on the job • Troubleshoot electrical issues and implement effective solutions • Ensure quality control and compliance with industry standards and codes • Track job progress, reporting updates to project managers and leadership Qualifications: • 5+ years of electrical experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role • Experience managing crews on commercial, industrial, and institutional projects • Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and safety practices • Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical documents • Excellent communication and leadership skills • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality standards • Stable work history • OSHA 30 certification is a plus Preferred but Not Required: • Journeyman or Master Electrician license • Experience with project scheduling software Your resume will not be shared with any company without us first reaching out to discuss the opportunity in detail.
