Responsibilities • Supervise and coordinate field electricians on-site • Read and interpret blueprints, specs, and NEC code • Plan daily work schedules and material needs • Maintain jobsite safety, productivity, and communication • Report progress to project managers and office team • Work with the prefab team to streamline installations Qualifications • 5+ years commercial/industrial electrical experience • 2+ years in a foreman, lead, or crew lead role • Knowledge of NEC and ability to pass inspections • Reliable, organized, and communicative • Union or non-union background acceptable • Strong leadership & problem-solving skills 💰Compensation: Starting base wage is $42.55/hr under our union agreement.
