Requirements: QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS • High school diploma or equivalent education. • Electronics Technician Community College Degree or Licensed Journeyman Electrical License. • Minimum of 3 years Industrial Electrician. • One year of In Plant Manufacturing Experience. • Ability to work Independently and Utilize Critical Problem Solving and Decision-Making skills to Generate and Implement Solutions throughout the Process. • Must maintain Compliance within all LOTO, Confined Space, Hot Work, Working at Heights Policies. • OSHA 10 Training and Experience. • Experience with Variable Speed Drives, Siemens Drive knowledge a plus. • Experience with PLC Installation and Troubleshooting, Siemens PLC knowledge a plus. • Mechanical aptitude and willingness to assist in all Mechanical tasks, jobs, and repairs. • Ability to work extended hours to include nights, weekends, and holidays. • Ability to work at heights in excess of 80 feet, use man lifts, and work in confined spaces. • Ability to work outdoors, rotating shifts, and lift 50 pounds required.
