Future Job Openings JOB SUMMARY This role involves performing and coordinating the installation and service of electrical products and services in residential and light commercial settings. JOB DUTIES • Install, repair, and maintain residential and commercial electrical equipment and systems. • Diagnose electrical malfunctions, assess repair needs, and perform troubleshooting. • Work with blueprints, electrical schematics, and job specifications as applicable. • Identify appropriate materials and quantities for repair projects and new installations. • Use the Straight Forward Pricing Guide to present options accurately and conduct safety inspections. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS • 3+ years of residential electrician experience. • High school diploma or equivalent. • Ability to pass a background check and drug screening. • Clean driving record. • Strong communication skills to explain issues and solutions to clients. • Must hold local and state licenses as required. This is not a service call role — you’ll be responsible for full-scale residential installations like panel swaps, generator setups, EV chargers, rewires, and service upgrades. Licensed Electrician

Licensed Electrician Purpose: As a licensed electrician, with either your journeyman or master license, you will lead jobs, crews, projects, and apprentice electricians in order to complete electrical work on new construction projects, in both residential and multi-family buildings. Responsibilities: • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously • Leading and empowering individuals within your respective team • Oversee quality within your project(s) • Manage subcontractors being utilized for the job • Inspect, install, modify, repair, and maintain electrical fixtures in gas, water, and drainage systems according to applicable building codes • Communicate with builders, general contractors, and project managers • Build and maintain project schedules to meet deadlines Qualifications: • Must have valid journeyman or masters license from the State Board of Electrical Examiners. • Strong work ethics • Leadership skills and the ability to empower individuals on your team • High School Diploma or equivalent • Valid Driver's License • Excellent communication skills to be used when working with builders, general contractors, and project managers • Ability to work 6am to 5pm Monday thru Friday and an occasional Saturday • Journeyman and Master Electricians must have knowledge of commonly used concepts, local city and national electrical codes, practices, and procedures within the electrical field • Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
