Job Title: Electrical Technician Job Description As an Electrical Technician, you will be responsible for troubleshooting PLCs, drives, and controls. You will assist with deep electrical issues and rewiring of machines, demonstrating a strong ability in equipment repair. A thorough knowledge of AC/DC drives, motors, relays, sensors, switches, photoelectric devices, and related components is essential. You should also possess knowledge of PC hardware and software systems, including Microsoft, Rockwell Automation, Siemens, Sick, and various OEM products. Responsibilities • Troubleshoot PLCs, drives, and controls. • Assist in resolving deep electrical issues and rewiring of machines. • Repair equipment and ensure operational efficiency. • Demonstrate expertise in AC/DC drives, motors, relays, sensors, switches, and photoelectric devices. • Utilize knowledge of PC hardware/software systems (Microsoft, Rockwell Automation, Siemens, Sick, and various OEM products). Essential Skills • Troubleshooting electrical systems. • Experience with PLCs, maintenance, and repair. • Proficiency in mechanical systems, including 3-phase motors, hydraulics, and pneumatics. • Ability to work with high voltage and control devices. • Minimum of 3 years experience in Electrical Troubleshooting PLCs, AC/DC drives and motors, switches, control devices, and 480V systems. Work Environment Work in a clean and organized facility during the night shift from 9pm to 5am, Monday through Friday, with occasional weekend shifts. Experience a standard industrial environment that can be hot in the summer and cold in the winter. Tools are required, though specialty tools will be supplied. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Conway, Arkansas. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $34.76 - $34.76/hr.
