Job Title: Electrical Design Engineer Position: Full Time / Direct Hire / Permanent Work Setting: Onsite @ Owosso, MI location Compensation: $85 - 90+K (Depending upon experience) & employee package options Travel requirements: 5% travel to client locations Job Duties "At-a-Glance": • Manage and coordinate the design and release to production of products, which meet customer needs and reflect current and future strategic manufacturing processes. • Analyze and interpret engineering data when new products and components, modifications, and changes affects standard products. • Confer with manufacturing engineers, provide assistance to methodize product operations, tooling requirements, feasibility of manufacture or subcontracting, labor and material cost estimates. • Develop and present technical information, aiding in strategic planning initiatives. • Recommend resources to enhance product performances, resolve designs and mfg issues. • Analyze testing data and reports to determine if design meets functional and performance specifications. Required Works Skills, Qualifications and Education: • BS degree in Electrical Engineering • 2 years of technical EE hands-on career experience • Engineering design software, ie: Altium, Ansys, Solidworks
