Key Responsibilities: • Assist Electrician: Support the lead electrician with tasks such as pulling wire, mounting fixtures, installing conduit, and preparing materials. • Material Handling: Pick up and deliver materials, tools, and equipment from suppliers to various job sites. • Site Logistics & Cleanup: Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment by clearing debris, sweeping floors, and properly disposing of materials. • Truck & Tool Organization: Keep the company vehicle stocked, organized, and clean. Ensure all tools and equipment are accounted for and in good working order. • General Tasks: Perform other duties as assigned, including digging trenches, moving heavy objects, and running errands. Qualifications: • Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation to get to our shop/initial job site. • A clean driving record is required for operating the company vehicle. • Ability to lift and carry heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and perform physically demanding tasks. • Strong work ethic with a punctual and dependable attendance record. • Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team. • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. • Prior construction or trade experience is a plus, but not required.
