(We can help you with this). PAY TRANSPARENCY: The annual salary opportunity for this role ranges from $75k-$85k total comp (no cap). The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs, and market demands. Other rewards may include incentive plan opportunities and annual bonus eligibility. The EVC - Electrical Technician II role will work out of our Commercial Market Division, located in Ontario, CA and is critical to the execution of our projects, including but not limited to understanding electrical functions, installing and troubleshooting electrical as well as EV charger components. Keeping the jobsite organized and running smoothly is an important contribution of this role. This position requires a high attention to detail and accuracy as well as very clear and proactive communication skills, both with internal teammates and safety professionals. The hourly range for this role is $28 - $32. The hourly rate may vary within the range based on factors such as location of the role, and a candidate’s experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities. EVC – Electrical Technician II - Responsibilities • Obtain an understanding of project scope from supervisor including any available plans or documents. • Verify material requirements and develop installation plan for project and communicate the plan to all installers. • Perform EV charger pinpointing and commissioning with product manufacturer. • Field installation of project scope ensuring all work is performed according to the appropriate compliance and is completed in a timely manner. • Provide regular and timely project information to the Lead EVC-Electrical Technician or supervisor. • Assist Lead EVC-Electrical Tech with job resources and project information. • Responsible for all aspects of EV service including installation, replacement, troubleshooting, circuits, tracing underground electrical circuits, and familiar with running and bending conduit. • Must be able to perform job tasks with minimal to no supervision. • Adhere to safety policy as well as rules and regulations. EVC – Electrical Technician II - Qualifications • Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent. • Minimum of 5+ years commercial and/or residential electrical experience • Current State Electrical Apprentice is preferred - Must be able to obtain a journeyman license after working required hours. • Must maintain active driver’s license with a clean record and have reliable transportation to report to various job locations. • Position requires 60-70% travel, both local and out of state, based on business needs.
