Job Summary Shaw Electric Company, a Southern California commercial / industrial electrical contractor is seeking a qualified Journeyman Electrician with current Certification and minimum of 10 years licensed experience to work in the greater LA and Orange County area. · Must have current CA state certification. · Competent grasp of the NEC and how it applies. · Capable of reading and interpreting project drawings and translating them into an electrical installation. · Communicates and works well with others. · Has dependable transportation, is reliable and punctual. · Hand tools, multi-meter / amp probe, cordless drill, hammer drill and saws all, wrenches, and sockets. · Experience with commercial / industrial electrical work. · Capable of coordinating tasks and developing lists of required materials to perform and execute the work. · Proficient with conduit and conduit support installations and layout. · Familiar with Title 24 compliant lighting control systems.
