Service Electrician II

What we’re looking for: • 10 years or more experience installing, maintaining, and repairing, electrical, controls, and lighting systems • Inspect electrical components, such as transformers and circuit breakers. • Working knowledge of installing electrical systems • Ability to lift, push, pull, and move moderately heavy objects • Ability to ascend/descend ladders • Good computer skills • Possession of reliable transportation and basic hand tools • Must hold a valid driver’s license • Must be willing to travel, work nights, weekends and overtime • Willing and able to maintain strict adherence to safety rules and regulations, including wearing safety equipment Pay: $36.00-$46.00 per hour Rogers is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer and welcomes everyone to apply. Electrical Project Manager - Construction

What You Will Be Doing - Managing teams on large electrical projects - Be responsible for projects from start to finish - Work with upper management and Senior PM to ensure job safety and completion - Develop and build strong teams for each project while delivering quality output, meeting customer expectations, managing to scope, delivering on time, and delivering within budget. - Drive division profitability through effective project execution. - Develop and lead project management technical and schedule goals, procurement and contractual requirements, personnel assignments and capacity planning. - Evaluate and continually improve the systems and processes used by the department to effectively meet customer requirements and profitability goals. - Review the overall contractual requirements for all projects and specific process design methodology for individual projects as required. - Ensure schedule requirements are met for all projects. Readily adjust priorities and milestones based upon changing customer needs, resource availability, and job requirements. - Interact with the customer to validate expectations are understood and met before, during and after project completion. - Manage project review process with particular emphasis on financial forecasting. - Ensure high-quality engineering, studies, and project delivery. - Proactively and systematically communicate challenges, risks and successes. What You Need for this Position - 3+ years of experience of project management experience in managing electrical projects - Extensive knowledge of project scheduling, bids, take-offs, change orders, and contracts. - Demonstrated ability to develop relationships and assist in winning projects - Demonstrated ability to run a profitable portfolio. - Exceptional initiative, execution and communication skills, both oral and written. - Exceptional analytical, motivational, and leadership skills. Join our client, a premier organization in facilities management, as an Electrical Maintenance Coordinator within their Asset Management department. Job Title: Electrical Maintenance Coordinator Location: Thousand Oaks, CA Pay Range: $36-$38/hourly What You Will Do: • Plan and schedule essential electrical maintenance activities for various facilities, including UPS units, VFD units, generators, and other critical equipment. • Collaborate with technicians, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure prompt and efficient execution of maintenance tasks. • Oversee the ordering process for asset maintenance parts and optimize inventory levels using preventive maintenance auto-ordering systems. • Create and submit accurate work requests, manage purchase requisitions, and ensure all POs are approved before scheduling any work. • Maintain precise maintenance records, track asset information, and uphold database integrity in accordance with established standards. What We Are Looking For: • A minimum of 5 years’ experience in electrical trades, facilities management, or operational maintenance roles. • Proficiency in scheduling software, procurement systems, and Microsoft Office, especially Excel. • Strong technical knowledge of CMMS systems, including EAMS and MRO systems. • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively across teams and management levels. • Capability to generate advanced reports, queries, and dashboards using CMMS platforms.
