Journeyman Electrician

Job Description: • Leading the installation of electrical systems that interconnect our solar array to the grid power of commercial Solar projects • Will work primarily on NexTracker Ground Mount Systems. • Ensuring work performed by all electricians is of good workmanship and compliant with current NEC and local codes • Wiring boxes • Installing main panel upgrades • Bending and installing conduit • Pulling and terminating wires Additional Skills & Qualifications: • Should have 3+ years of electrical experience in solar, industrial, or commercial Construction • Must have underground electrical, string wiring of panels, wiring combiner boxes and inverter knowledge • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds • Ability to work in extreme weather conditions Experience Level: Intermediate Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $42.00/hr. Workplace Type: • this position requires the flexibility to travel throughout CA but mainly in the central valley Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $45.00/hr. Electrician I

POSITION DESCRIPTION: The purpose of this position is installation, repair, and maintenance of electronic and electrical systems. II. PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: • Performs troubleshooting, replacement, and repair of electronic and electrical systems. • Designs and maintains programs for programmable controllers. • Uses conduit benders, hand tools, multimeters, amp probes, and voltage testing equipment. • Able to interpret and work from electrical prints and schematics. • Complies with all environmental, health, safety, and housekeeping programs. • Other duties as assigned. • Use mobile equipment as necessary (forklift, man-lift, electric cart). III. PRE-HIRE REQUIREMENTS: • High school diploma or GED equivalent • Formal training in electrical theory • 5 years experience as an industrial electrician • Able to use tools such as meters and voltage testing equipment • Able to read and interpret schematics • Excellent oral and written communication skills IV.
