Key Responsibilities: • Supervise, train, and mentor a team of electricians and apprentices. • Plan, organize, and coordinate electrical projects from start to finish. • Ensure all work is performed in compliance with the National Electrical Code (NEC), local codes, and company safety standards. • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams to determine the layout of electrical systems and equipment. • Troubleshoot electrical problems and provide effective solutions. • Manage project schedules, budgets, and material procurement. • Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and other trades on the job site. • Conduct safety briefings and maintain safety records for the crew. • Operate various types of electrical equipment and machinery.
