This position will play a key role in the overall success of our organization by designing and overseeing current projects, product development, and collaboration with sales and production teams. This role is the SME for Electrical Engineering items and responsible for leading / assisting in various engineering projects, processes, continuous improvement activities, VAVE analysis, budgets and timelines in order to ensure successful completion. Principal Duties and Responsibilities Serve as Engineering design and technical subject matter expert to support the Engineering, Sales, and Production teams as well as internal and external customers. Work directly with the Engineering Manager and Engineering Team to answer questions and resolve issues identified by the Supervisors/Managers and other staff including Sales and Operations. Interact with customers and vendors using professional verbal and written communication. Prepare cost estimates for customers and sales team members.
