Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Certified Journeyman Electrician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both industrial and commercial electrical work, with the ability to handle various electrical tasks on construction sites. This role requires proficiency in reading blueprints and schematics, as well as experience with high and low voltage systems. The Electrician will be responsible for ensuring all electrical installations meet safety standards and comply with the National Electrical Code (NEC). Duties • Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in commercial and industrial settings. • Installing Switch gear panels, pulling wire, Making up panels, Installing wire on breakers, must know how to bend EMT Conduit. • Full understanding of circuitry equipment. Familiar with threading Rigid Metallic conduit. Solar experience a plus. • Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively to complete electrical tasks. • Conduct tests using ammeters and ohmmeters to ensure proper functionality of electrical systems. • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to understand project requirements. • Collaborate with construction teams to ensure timely completion of projects while adhering to safety protocols. • Troubleshoot electrical issues and perform necessary repairs or replacements as needed. • Ensure compliance with NEC regulations during all electrical work performed on-site. • Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on industry standards and advancements. Requirements • Must have a CA State Journeyman Certification Card. • Proven experience as an industrial electrician or commercial electrician is essential. • Strong knowledge of low voltage and high voltage systems. • Familiarity with NEC regulations and safety standards in the electrical field. • Proficient in using hand tools, power tools, ammeters, ohmmeters, and other relevant equipment. • Experience working on construction sites is preferred, along with a solid understanding of frame carpentry principles. • Ability to read blueprints and schematics accurately. • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail are crucial for success in this role. • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment. FRESH PLANT : 2nd and 3rd Shift Electricians MG01-MG04

Description Must have knowledge of electrical and mechanical experience such as; motor wiring, control wiring, run conduit, pull wiring. Must have knowledge of NEC, electronics, PLC, Computers. Must be able to perform mechanical and electrical duties and adjustments as required by supervisor. Must be able to pass all mechanical knowledge and hands on test within 30 days Must be able to read, write and have a basic knowledge of math Must have and maintain a good attendance work record Must be able to read manuals written in English Must be able to understand and agree to follow Safety Rules (ie.Lockout / Tagout) Work other shifts when necessary. Must be able to comply with OSHA standards. Work very closely with other maintenance personnel in order to receive and pass along information concerning the job. All other duties as requested by the supervisor. Must have good hand-eye coordination. Capable of moving equipment, machinery, etc., in excess of 50 pounds when needed. Must be able to work on and inspect equipment, which may involve bending, turning, stooping, twisting, and climbing. Able to move freely throughout the plant (indoors and outdoors) over and around equipment, people and obstacles. Must be able to tolerate climates ranging from very cold to very hot and form very wet to very dry Must be able to train in and use Self-Contained Breathing Air Packs. No beards allowed for safety reasons. Must be able to communicate and get along well with others. Must be able to climb ladders Must be able to reach, lift and work overhead. Must be able to walk, stand or sit for the duration of the shift.
