This position is ideal for professionals with hands-on experience in electrical installation who are ready to work in a team environment and mentor others while maintaining a high standard of craftsmanship. Key Responsibilities • Use and maintain basic hand tools and company-provided tools • Identify appropriate fasteners and materials for job-specific needs • Follow detailed layouts and install branch circuitry and feeder conduits • Bend and install EMT, rigid, and PVC conduit (1” to 4”) using hand and ratcheting benders • Install fixtures, devices, and proper terminations • Interpret and follow construction documents and wiring diagrams • Plan and execute wire pulls and terminations, including up to 4” conduit • Understand lighting controls, grounding, and conduit/wire types and applications • Perform transformer installations and troubleshooting • Use wire crimping tools effectively • Mentor apprentices and junior team members, ensuring quality of their work • Ensure all work complies with the National Electrical Code (NEC) Minimum Requirements • 4+ years of commercial or industrial electrical experience • High school diploma or GED • Must pass a mandatory drug screening • Must provide two professional references • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation • Must own basic personal tools of the trade Preferred Qualifications • Referral from a current Fountain Services employee • Formal training in an accredited apprenticeship or trade school program • OSHA-10 or other relevant electrical certifications Our Four Keys to Success At Fountain Services, all employees — from entry-level to leadership — commit to: 1.Show up every day on time 2.Appreciate instruction from leaders 3.Let your work ethic speak for you 4.Retain knowledge We’re looking for professionals who want to build a long-term career in a company that values growth, integrity, and high performance. You’ll oversee all aspects of project execution, from planning and installation to safety and mentoring. Key Responsibilities • Supervise, mentor, and train a crew of electricians and apprentices • Ensure safety compliance and enforce best practices on job sites • Plan, layout, and oversee installation of electrical systems per specs • Read and interpret blueprints and electrical drawings • Track progress using Procore and collaborate using Bluebeam • Maintain strong communication with Superintendents and GCs • Conduct inspections to ensure compliance with the NEC and job standards • Promote a safety-first culture aligned with OSHA standards Minimum Requirements • 10+ years of commercial/industrial electrical experience • 2+ years of supervisory experience leading crews • High school diploma or GED • Ability to pass a drug screen • Two (2) professional references • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation • Own and provide basic personal tools of the trade Preferred Qualifications • Graduate of a certified apprenticeship or trade program • Relevant credentials (e.g., OSHA-10, Journeyman License, etc.) • Experience using Procore, Bluebeam, and job tracking tools • Referral from a current Fountain Services employee (optional) Portfolio We work on some of the highest-value contracts in the region.
