If field material orders do not match the estimated material advise the superintendent for correction or explanation. • Defining and collecting field and financial information to give a sense for how the project is progressing and whether the end result will be a satisfied customer and a financially successful project. Evaluates project progress regularly against established goals, timelines, and objectives. • Providing any and all schedule updates and changes to ensure the work is assigned and completed on time and within budget. • Communicate with the GC team in regards to schedule, delays, costs, scope, and issues that come up throughout the project to ensure overall project success. · Assemble and provide close-out documentation at the end of every project.
