What We’re Looking For Education & Credentials • Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Electrical Engineering. • Professional Engineer (PE) license required. Experience • 10+ years of relevant electrical engineering experience. • Proven technical leadership with experience mentoring teams. • Industrial electrical control system and/or power system design experience strongly preferred. • Experience with high, medium, and low voltage power systems, protective relay schemes, switchgear, MCCs, drives, and power distribution equipment is desired. • Substation design experience a plus. • Direct experience with industrial facilities and energy industry projects (Oil & Gas, Renewables, Distributed Power). • Familiarity with codes and standards (NEC, NFPA 70E, API, AGA). • Field experience supporting projects during construction is an advantage. Technical Skills • Experience with design of control systems, PLCs, SCADA, instrumentation, and network architectures preferred. • Proficiency with SKM, ETAP, or other electrical analysis software. • Knowledge of electrical area classification (hazardous areas).
