Cleveland-Cliffs has immediate opportunities for Industrial Electricians at our Tilden Mine operations located in Ishpeming, Michigan. Summary of Responsibilities: • Preventive & reactive maintenance • Troubleshooting and repair of motors, transformers, circuits and electronic equipment • Other duties as assigned Minimum Qualifications: • Associate’s degree in Electrical Engineering Technology or other related field or at least 2 years of directly related full-time work experience is required • Have the ability to read, understand and follow safety information, operating instructions and procedure manuals • Work safely and wear appropriate personal protective equipment • Must be willing to work rotating shifts including, nights, weekends and holidays • Must be willing to work overtime Preferred Qualifications: • Preference for candidates with working knowledge in electrical maintenance in an industrial or mining environment. Requirements • 2 years post high school vocational/specialized training as required by State of Michigan. • Valid Electrician License is required. • Valid State of Michigan Drivers License is required. • At least 3 years of related work experience.
